A DUAL ROLE IN A YEAR LONG JOURNEY

I am very excited as I start my year long journey tomorrow.  Instant gratification or instantaneous results are not going to happen in any business. Hard work, a viable action plan and persistency are needed to achieve success.

I designed this year long program, and our first group will be meeting every month for 12 months. Yes, I will be the moderator/presenter, but I will also be a participant.

One of the participants will be my accountability partner, and I will participate in all the assigned activities.  It’s easy to be an instructor/leader, but it is much harder to accomplish what is asked of those in the process.

I too have my goals for the year as well as my long term vision which I will share tomorrow along with the rest of the group. In other words, I am going to take my business to the next level by doing what is asked of all the participants.

Our expectations shape what we believe is possible; they shape our perceptions and actions.  My goal is to hold up my beliefs as well as those of the other members so that we can all reach our goals for 2020.
