To maintain a membership of professional business owners who are always pursuing the highest standard of excellence and professionalism, all members must subscribe to the BizQuack Code of Ethics. The value of our members’ reputations depends upon the ethical conduct of everyone affiliated with BizQuack. Each member sets an example for the other members, as well as other business owners by our individual pursuit of excellence with powerful standards of performance, professionalism and ethical conduct.

INTEGRITY: A member shall offer and provide professional services/products with integrity.

COMPETENCE:  A member shall provide services/products to other members and the general public and maintain the necessary knowledge and skill to continue to do so.

PROFESSIONALISM: A member’s conduct in all matters shall reflect credit upon his profession, and upon other BizQuack members.

Terms of Use
Welcome to BizQuack, a division of Strategic Duck LLC.  Please read carefully the Terms of Use and disclaimers set forth below before using this website. The term “BizQuack” or “Strategic Duck LLC” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website.  The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. Use of this website is subject to the following terms.

Qualification
You hereby represent, warrant and covenant that all information you provide to BizQuack is accurate in all respects and our reliance on the information you provide is justified; that you are at least 15 years of age and a resident of the United States; that you will maintain and promptly update the information you provide to keep it accurate, current and complete; and that you have read and agree to these terms, the Code of Ethics and our Privacy Statement.

Member Forum & Marketplace
Please use your own name when posting to the member chat discussion forums. Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting message to member chat. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed. Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the member chat forums. Strategic Duck LLC does not edit or monitor messages posted on the Member Chat forum, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may have their subscription terminated. It is at the sole discretion of Strategic Duck LLC & BizQuack to remove any posting in the Marketplace or Member Chat/Forum that is deemed inappropriate or offensive.

Membership
Your membership to BizQuack is not transferable. You agree that only You may use your membership. Your membership is effective under the monthly payment plan a period of one (1) month following your membership enrollment date and will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel your membership or we may cancel at our discretion with or without a reason. The payment of our membership fee shall be made automatically by a direct charge to the payment source authorized by you on your membership application in accordance to the payment terms to which you agreed. If the payment source cannot process the membership fee due to insufficient available credit, your membership may be cancelled. Unless you notify us that you wish to terminate this Membership Agreement and cancel your membership, your membership will continue or renew automatically. You may terminate your subscription and your membership in BizQuack at any time. Your cancellation will be effective promptly upon the receipt of your cancellation request.  You will not be entitled to a refund of past fees charged to your account, or receive a partial credit. We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time with or without cause.

Privacy Policy
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
