DON’T GIVE UP!
Nobody ever said that running a small business was an easy task. It has become even more complicated if you get embroiled in the bad news that is swirling around us and made worst by the media and the negative tongues of our friends and neighbors.
Barely surviving or waiting for things to turn around is not the answer. You have to be the catalyst for the survival, growth and profitability of your business. That translates into taking action, having a positive “can do” mind set, and believing that “If it’s gonna be, it’s up to me.”
I honestly believe that every small business that takes growth seriously, is willing to accept change and is in tune to the needs of their customers in today’s environment will succeed. Yes, there will be some high mountains to climb and other obstacles such as new technology to be learned, conducting business in a totally different way than ever before, and a need for action planning that allows you to still have a personal life with your family while growing a business.
Small business owners are the future of our great country and they have a responsibility to inspire others by their words and actions. As small business owners we have to practice sustainable inspiration, not only in our lives but also in our businesses and to pass it on to all that we meet.
There is nothing to prevent a small business owner from thinking big. Success depends a great deal on how you act and what you believe in your heart and mind to be possible. Remember your vision is just a dream until you execute it.
Having the right people in your life is critical; they can inspire you, support you and help you execute your action plan. If you can change the people you spend time with to those that can offer these benefits, you will have increased your chances of success twenty-fold.
As BizQuack members let’s reach out to one-another and establish those critical relationships so we can all grow. I am on a journey with you and am always looking for ways to establish a more meaningful connection with you.
