NEW NETWORKING & EDUCATION

It’s time to become more active in the growth process of our businesses. The Covid pandemic has lulled many of us in to a slower and less aggressive growth process.

Effective July 1^st we will be implementing the following:

• Giveworking, the BizQuack version of networking, will begin in July per the following schedule:
  • The first and third Tuesday of the month will be an online Zoom session open to all members. It will begin at 8 am.
    • The structure of the Zoom sessions will be sent out in the next few weeks.
  • The second and fourth Tuesday will be in person meetings limited to a maximum of 8 participants. These small communities will stay together for a minimum of 6 weeks. This will allow members to share their stories and to establish worthwhile relationships.
    • As many small communities of 8 will be formed as there are interested members.
    • A BizQuack volunteer Ambassador will facilitate each meeting.
    • Meeting structure and other information will be available in the near future.
  • Live On-Line Education
    • A minimum of once a month there will be an education session offered on topics important to small business growth and sustainability. Our speakers will include BizQuack members and staff, as well as presenters from the community.
      • Education sessions will be one hour in length with the presentation taking 40 minutes and a 20-minute questions and answer period.

I hope that you will take advantage of this new offering and invite others to join our community. Our fees for the month of June will remain at $25/month and all members that join prior to July 1^st still permanently stay at that rate. Effective July first our membership dues increase to $40/month for new members.
