PLAN AHEAD
Sometimes just thinking about all the stuff on your ‘To Do List’ can be overwhelming and demotivating.
Today is Friday and a great day to look back at your week and all the things you wrote down that needed to get done. Take some time to prioritize for next week. Set goals and schedule time for tasks.
Downtime can be exhilarating. Even though you have much to do, spend time doing something you love and remembering why you work so hard. On Monday morning hit the ground running and tackle your list.
