TC: THE FIVE W’S AND ONE H
Rudyard Kipling first introduced the five W’s and one H in his poem “The Elephant’s Child” written in 1902. Since its introduction this concept has been used as a guiding principal in research, business planning, police investigations etc.
The Five W’s and one H are as follows:
Why What Who Where When How
Your challenge for today is to take these 6 words and write whatever comes to your mind about your business by giving an answer to each word. There is no right or wrong answer. This is an exercise in developing your thinking process when it comes to growing your business.
You may find it difficult to articulate everything that is in your mind; that’s OK. When I give this test to business owner’s it gives us much discussion material and provides the owner insight on where the business is at this time.
As always, I challenge you to complete this exercise and then set an appointment with me to go over them. It may be one of the best hours you will ever spend working ON your business.
