TC: THE LAST MONTH OF 2020
It is important that we learn from our mistakes as well as our success. 2020 will go down in history as one of uncertainty and turmoil. We are not out of the woods, and I am sure that there will be more news on Covod-19 and some political issues.
The important thing to realize is that each of us has options as to what we will do with our businesses next year. This is a good time to reflect on lessons learned. Your challenge this week is to make a list of both your failures and your successes during the last 10 months.
Specifically address such issues as:
- Customer communications and retention
- Changes in your target market’s pains and gains
- How to best reach new potential customers
- Financial capability and availability for growth in 2021
- Has your data base and referral network grown?
2020 was a lesson for each of us; unfortunately many were not prepared for the unexpected and our ability or need to pivot.
In our 2021 Re-Launch session we stress the importance of implementing change. Take a look at what has not worked and substitute a different approach to solve the problem, and at the same time build upon your successes.
The secret is to maintain a positive “I can” attitude. This challenge is not meant to have you focus on what did not happen this past year, but to inspire you to take advantage of the opportunities 2021 will bring.
Yes, working harder in 2021 will be part of the requirement but the rewards can be awesome.
