You are never finished improving your small business until you sell it.  Continuous improvement is a must for growth. Status Quo is another word for a declining business. I don’t believe in the term,” If it ain’t  broke don’t fix it.” Hand drawn carts worked well in their time until the horse came along. Horse and carriages were great until the automobile came along. I don’t want you to still be pulling your cart in 2021!

Your challenge today is to break something. Take a look at your internal systems, your products/service and marketing and select something in each category to change or improve upon.

Without innovation stagnation sets in. It may be easier to continue doing what you have always done, but no small business can survive, much less grow, without constant innovation.
