What do clients and customers want?
There is only one word that expresses the desires/expectations of your clients and customers and that word is….
People buy your services or products with the hopes of satisfying a need, or eliminating a pain. You created a value proposition which you conveyed to them through your marketing efforts.
In our New Vision Based Business Plan one of the foundation building steps is to state your promise. Your promise is what your customers/clients are buying, and what they expect is for that promise to be delivered.
Customer retention and future referrals will come as a result of you keeping your promise. In other words, let everyone know what your business promises to deliver and then spend the necessary time to make it happen.
Fancy offices, lots of advertising, and a large presence on the internet may help you get new customers, but they don’t mean a thing to existing customers if your promise is not delivered.
Write down your promise and make it the center point of everything you do.
