TC: HELPING OTHERS WITH YOUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES
For the past several months, since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, I have written about the change that our target markets are undergoing. I maintain their pains are different than they were pre-Covid-19. Each of us had to adjust and adopt to new ways of doing things: communications, networking, delivering our products and services, marketing, etc. All these changes are also affecting our target market. Because of these changes, they are faced with new challenges in maintaining and growing their businesses.
We have to know what their challenges are and how we can best help them through our products and services.
Your challenge this week is to create a T-chart. On the left hand side list the pains that your products/services helped your target market overcome pre-COVID-19. On the right hand side, make a list of what you KNOW are your customer’s current pains as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Now review their current pains and next to each one state how you can help them overcome those pains.
