A LINE IN THE SAND
As your business grows remember why you are doing what you are doing. As a business owner, your why and your values define your point of view, not just on your product or service, but also in your personal and business life. This is your line in the sand!
Because your why and value system are strong and a part of everything you do, you will find that not everyone will agree with you; those are the people you don’t want as friends and customers. It is important that you make known your why and values. That is your position statement; this is what you are willing to fight for.
The positive side is that the people that become friends, and customers will “love” you and support you and your business. They will spread the word about your business much quicker and with more passion than advertising.
Remember that a great business has a point of view, and your customers and prospects should know what it is.
