IF YOU WANT TO HELP
I want to thank all of you that responded to my e-mail and answered a few questions. The questions asked: how you are doing in your personal and business lives. What is your biggest concern and how are you going about solving that concern? If you haven’t done so, please send me your answers to those questions. I suggest that you also copy the other members in your business community with your answers, or give me permission to forward your answer to all our members.
By answering these questions you are forced to step back and to take a realistic look at your current position. It helps you to focus on your main problem and perhaps think about a way to overcome it.
The title to this blog is If you want help. The answer is, Ask for it. At all times, especially under the current coronavirus economic slowdown, a wise move is to reach out to a mentor, a peer group or a support group to talk about your options.
BizQuack is a support mechanism for its members. Help, in any form, cannot be provided unless it is requested. If you are open to sharing your answers with the other members of the community, letting them know how you are doing, and asking them for thoughts and ideas, you will be forming a lasting bond.
Your answers also allow me to reach out and offer thoughts and suggestions on any problems you may need help with. No, I personally don’t have all the answers, but I do have others that work with me and may be able to provide the needed solutions.
While this is a good time to do some internal house cleaning and to do other work ON your business, it is also the time that you must be proactive by looking ahead and determining what products or services you will be offering and what changes you have to make. After that, it’s time to develop and implement your action marketing plan.
I believe that in any market there is an opportunity to create cash flow for a small business. It may not be the same way as before but there is a way. It will require hard work, but it will place you in a much better position for future growth.
