The format included reviewing your business foundation (using the Vision Based BizQuack Business Plan) which can be found in the education section under the Business Planning tab.
Each of the participants had to establish a goal which they hoped to reach in the next 12 months.
The majority of the sessions were focused on marketing options. It was impossible to cover every single marketing channel but we managed to look at 20 different ones. The overall goal was to expand the marketing possibilities and to challenge the participants to do something different in 2021.
The challenge the participants faced was the selection of 4/5 possible marketing channels to be implemented in the next twelve months. Their final selections were then prioritized and an implementation action timeframe was developed.
While this is a 12 month program it was noted that marketing is a dynamic, living process that is, and will be, in a continuous state of flux as new marketing channels are introduced, changes occur such as the COVID pandemic, political unrest and in the needs of your target market and customers.
All the great ideas will not bring success unless they are implemented and carried out consistently for the next 12 months.
This 10 session course advocated a five day work week with three hours per day dedicated to marketing, the creation of new business.
The entire course will be available on BizQuack in the marketing session sometime in mid-January.
