Write and Give A Talk
Your challenge for this week requires a three step process:
- What is the biggest challenge that your target market (identify your target market) faces?
a. Does it affect others outside your target market?
b. What are the consequences of not solving this problem? - How can this “problem” be solved?
a. What is your involvement in providing this solution?
b. Why is your solution different/better than anything else on the market? - Create a presentation on items 1 & 2 about 20 minutes long and include a power point.
a. Power point should contain 10 to 15 slides, highlighting the talking points you are going to address in detail.
b. Find a group to present this presentation within the next 30 days.
This challenge serves several purposes:
First: It forces you to clearly define what you do, who you benefit and how you provide more value than your competition.
Second: You will have a brief, concise presentation that can be used for both individual and group presentations. (it provides consistency)
Third: It will help you step outside of your comfort zone.
Support: In the education section (under marketing) of BizQuack you will find a power point presentation on a Pitch Deck. Use it as a guide line.
Challenges that involve speaking in front of a group are among the most difficult. Accept the challenge and make it happen. Yes, I would welcome a copy of your finished power point presentation.
