TC: A SERIES OF PROBLEMS
What makes our business lives difficult is that the process of confronting and solving problems is not easy. We must understand that problems are the cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure. Problems call forth our courage and our wisdom. The problems we have may hurt us but they also instruct. Smart business owners learn not to dread but to actually welcome problems because by solving them your business reaches another positive level.
My topic for today originated from a zoom discussion I had with one of our BizQuack members. He shared that as he talked to business associates, many of them were sitting on the sidelines waiting for the business to get back to normal.
How your business fares when our economy is back in full swing depends to a large extent on what you do now. Small signs that I see of “complacency” is a lack of communication between members and updates to me as to how you are doing. I wonder how many of you still communicate with your accountability partner?
Your challenge for this week is a series of questions and actions.
- Start your day by getting dressed for work at your normal wake-up time.
- Pick a time that you will do at least 20 minutes of exercise every day.
- Spend the first 15 minutes on BizQuack. Read a blog, review an educational program, reach out to another member and see how they are doing.
- Start using the Accountability tracker. Pick your weekly goal that will have the greatest impact on your business.
- If you have reached a mental “dead-end”, reach out for support.
- See yourself as being successful and reaching your vision.
- If you are serious about your business, then join the BizQuack Business Spurt group and commit to participating for the entire program. (A good way to help you stay focused is to invite one or more other business associates to participate in the program with you.)
Do not lose the excitement you had when you first started your business and every time you reached a milestone on your journey. Don’t be negatively influenced by others! Believe in yourself and stay in contact with others that have the same mindset.
